Customer Database The client’s details (name, address, telephone number, email etc) can be stored in the system and kept for future reference. The database can be exported as a file (such as *.csv) to then be imported into other packages for mailshots, special offers or accounts etc. Supplier Database The Supplier details can be stored for furture us. Job Profiles Front screen view can be set up to show different criteria e.g. All estimates created by each salesperson, all estimates in one month, all accepted estimates in a specific period etc. Users The system can be set up with different user names. Identifying salespersons estimates, this could be used in statistics or job profiles. Security & Password Areas within the system can be password protected, preventing unauthorised people from viewing parts of the program to which you do not wish them to have access. Fabric Order System Generates orders to your suppliers directly from an existing AFW estimate for any amount of fabric, e.g. cut lengths, rolls or samples. A simple heading design can be incorporated on the estimate for more complex headings see add-ons. Clauses Closing and footing paragraphs can be added to individual estimates describing information relevant to the job e.g. care and washing instructions for a specific fabric used within the estimate. Envelopes Facility to print envelopes - saves time if not using windowed envelopes. Workroom Sheets Provides detailed workroom sheets including cutting instructions, eradicating mistakes.
